EasyBilling is intended to keep track and generate all sorts of documents necessary for business transactions. In this regard, the program allows creating such documents as quotations, proforma invoices, invoices, tax invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, credit notes and debit notes. Using the tool entails some difficulties and requires background knowledge of accounting, which means that most users will probably need to consult the accompanying documentation. The program has a carefully designed interface with tabs that help organize the workflow. For instance, there is the Document tab to create and access your documents. The second tab, called Customer List, lets you keep all the information related to your customers. Then, the Supplier List tab is where you can find the names and data of your suppliers. Next, you can use the Item List tab to create a sort of inventory. The Report tab, in turn, lets you open the reports you have created. The program opens a different window for each process, which, on the one hand, allows you to work on various documents simultaneously. EasyBilling effectively connects all the data stored in its database. Thus, some documents can be created based on others, for example, a quotation can be used to generate a proforma invoice. Similarly, when you are creating a document, it is possible to use existing data to complete a given field.
One of the best advantages of this tool is the possibility of customizing the documents you print or export. I also liked the possibility of using workspaces as a way to compartmentalize the data corresponding to different companies. It is also great that it can export data to popular formats, like XLS, PDF and HTML.
In short, there is no doubt that EasyBilling is a great tool for companies needing to keep and generate different types of documents. Luckily, the product is shareware and lets you try its features without many limitations, except for the number of documents you can generate.
